Role Overview:
As a Graphic & Multimedia Designer at Blue Grapes Marketing, you'll be the creative powerhouse behind our visual content. Your animation skills will help us take our designs to the next level and captivate our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Unleash your creativity to craft stunning and effective graphic designs for diverse marketing materials, including websites, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and presentations.
- Bring designs to life with animations that enhance user engagement and interactivity.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring your designs align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of design trends and multimedia innovations.
- Manage multiple projects of varying complexity while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design assets and library.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic & Multimedia Designer or a similar role.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and animation tools.
- A creative portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects, with a strong focus on animations.
- Exceptional artistic skills, an eye for detail, and a penchant for creative solutions.
- Solid understanding of best practices in web and multimedia design.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and effective time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in design more than 3 years.
-Good understanding of the design process.
- Animation skills using software like Adobe After Effects or other animation tools.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Passion for exploring new design techniques and technologies.
- Growth mindset & flexibility.

Work conditions:
• Full-time x5 days per week.
